Returns and Cancellation Policies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and in compliance with Sri Lankan e-commerce standards.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or provide refunds only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product received is significantly different from its description or not as expected.
Important: You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return or refund.
To initiate a return, please use our Contact Us page and select "Refund request" or "Damaged products" from the problem dropdown. Provide your order details and a clear description (and photos if applicable) of the issue.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Courier Fees
Please note that courier fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, only the cost of the products will be refunded. You may be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item depending on the circumstance.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the standard returns process.
